At Fiji Kava Store we post all our online orders out with Post Fiji inclusive of the order price, using registered post. After you have placed your order you will received an email from the Fiji Kava Store fulfillment team advising you of Post Fiji's tracking URL and a registered post number for you to use to track your order.

Our refund policy is straight forward. If you are unhappy with your Fiji Kava Store order then contact the Fiji Kava Store Sales Team
. We will then require you to post it back - make sure that less than 20% of the product has been used otherwise we don't refund - and we will refund your monies plus the cost of posting it back, once we receive the item. You don't get fairer than that!
